I specialise in revenue architecture, customer expansion and investor-readiness for scale-minded technology companies. Over the past decade I have worked across the Nordics, the UK, Italy and the Middle East, helping founders and operators build the clarity, structure and commercial systems they need to scale with confidence.
My background spans performance marketing, customer success, lifecycle strategy and analytics, with work for global brands such as Under Armour, Expedia, IBM, HP and WPP, alongside high-growth SaaS and AI companies. I have led enterprise accounts, built customer success functions, delivered international campaigns and designed automation frameworks for scale-ups.
Before Sade House, I ran a boutique consultancy in London focused on high-potential founders and early operators. Later, as Head of Customer Success & Growth at Phyron, I led revenue expansion and portfolio strategy for an AI-video automation platform in the European automotive market.
Today I design commercial systems: the architecture that connects revenue, retention, customer success, operations and investment strategy into one coherent model. The work is precise, long-term and grounded in both operational depth and investor perspective.
I speak and run workshops on growth, automation and revenue design for communities such as Persian Women in Tech, Dealer Day and Nordic operator circles. I also build proprietary frameworks including Route to Revenue™ and Route to Capital™, used by founders and investors to assess readiness and focus on what truly moves the company forward.
